Mr. Webster has been active in venture capital and investment activities in energy, real estate and other industries for over 40 years. In 1988, he founded Falcon Drilling, initially a single barge rig drilling contractor and as its CEO, executed a consolidation and growth strategy that by 1997 resulted in building one of the world's largest offshore drilling companies, R&B Falcon Corporation (NYSE/FLC). Mr. Webster has also been a lead investor and/or board member in numerous other public energy companies including Carrizo Oil & Gas, Callon Petroleum (Carrizo's successor), Grey Wolf Drilling, Hercules Offshore, Seacor Holdings, Seabulk International, Brigham Exploration, Goodrich Petroleum, ERA Group, Basic Energy Services and Hi-Crush Partners. He served as Chairman of Falcon, Carrizo and Basic.

In 1993, Mr. Webster became a founding Trust Manager of Camden Property Trust, an NYSE-listed real estate investment trust focused on multi-family housing development and management. He remains active in a broad range of real estate investments. Following the sale of R&B Falcon to Transocean in 2000, Mr. Webster joined DLJ Merchant Banking to lead DLJ's entry into energy investing in the private equity space in upstream, midstream and service sectors. In 2005, he co-founded Avista Capital Partners, a successor in the private equity business, which invested in healthcare and energy through 2018. He remains active in investing in energy and other industries. Current private investments where he has played a lead role include: Laramie Energy, Empresa Energy, Enduring Resources, Peregrine Oil & Gas, Ganador Oil & Gas, HighPoint Midstream, Ventana Midstream, Somerset Gas Transmission, ClearWell Dynamics, Gran Lago Services, and Gulf Land Structures. Mr. Webster remains on the public company boards of Camden and Oceaneering International.

Mr. Webster holds a BSIM degree from Purdue University, from where he was also awarded an honorary doctorate in business, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar.

Roy T. Oliver

Roy-Oliver

Mr. Oliver graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and currently serves as the Chairman and Principal Shareholder of Valliance Bank, N.A. He also serves as President of R.T. Oliver Investments, Inc., a diversified investment company with interests in energy, energy services, and real estate. Mr. Oliver's real estate portfolio consists of more than 2 million square feet of high rise office space.

In 1980 Mr. Oliver founded U.S. Rig & Equipment, Inc. and served as its President until August 2003, when the company was sold. Mr. Oliver was instrumental in the formation of and served on the board of Grey Wolf Drilling Co., from 1995 to 2003. Grey Wolf operated over 120 land drilling rigs. He also served as an Independent Director of SandRidge Energy, Inc., serving from July 13, 2006 to February 28, 2015.

He is a member emeritus of the University of Oklahoma Michael F. Price College of Business Board of Advisors.

W. Brad James

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Brad James is a seasoned executive in the offshore drilling industry, with over forty years of leadership experience.  He currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Offshore Drilling LLC; a company he helped establish in 2016.  Under his leadership, Enterprise has grown into a leading provider of offshore drilling services, recognized for its operational excellence and a culture that prioritizes its people.

A 1981 graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Brad has built a distinguished career in the energy sector.  Before founding Enterprise, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing at Hercules Offshore, where he led global marketing efforts for the company’s drilling divisions.  He also held a range of senior leadership roles at major firms including Transocean, R&B Falcon, Cliffs Drilling, Field Drilling and Southland Drilling.

In 2024, Brad was elected Chairman of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), where he now serves as Immediate Past Chairman and a member of the IADC’s Executive Committee.  He also sits on the board of the IADC DrillersPAC, actively contributing to the advancement of industry advocacy and policy.

Brad’s career reflects a deep commitment to the offshore drilling industry and a proven ability to lead organizations through dynamic and challenging markets.

David R. Hatcher

David Hatcher

Graduating from the University of Texas in 1978 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Accounting Degree, Mr. Hatcher's entire career has been focused on the energy sector. He held numerous operations, marketing and accounting positions at Zapata Offshore Company in Houston, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and New Zealand, during which time he became a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Hatcher went on from there to be Drilling Division Controller at Cliffs Drilling Company, Vice President of Venezuela Operations of Cliffs Drilling and Transocean, District Manager for West Africa at Transocean in Luanda, Angola, Manager of Latin America at TODCO then Hercules Offshore, then Vice President of International Operations at Hercules.

Mr. Hatcher was Executive Vice-President and CFO at Enterprise from it’s inception in 2017 and transitioned to the Board of Directors in 2023.
