A graduate from Purdue University who earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, Mr. Webster has been active in venture capital and investment activities in various industries, including energy for over 40 years. In the energy business, he co-founded and/or has been a lead investor and board member in the E&P and service sectors, including Falcon Drilling, Carrizo, Grey Wolf, Hercules, Laredo, Peregrine and Union Drilling. In 1988, Mr. Webster founded an inland barge drilling contractor, Falcon, with modest capital and a single barge rig. As Falcon’s CEO, he executed a bold consolidation and growth strategy, taking Falcon public in 1995 and merging with Reading & Bates in 1997, creating one of the world’s largest offshore drilling contractors, R&B Falcon Corporation. In 1993, Mr. Webster co-founded Carrizo Oil & Gas and was named its Chairman in 1997 when it was publicly listed. Carrizo has developed into a leading independent exploration and production company with operations in U.S. onshore shale basins and the North Sea. Mr. Webster has been a founder and lead investor in non-energy companies such as Crown Resources, Encore Bancshares, RediClinic, ELV Holdings, Savage Arms and Gow Communications. He was also a founding Trust Manager of Camden Property Trust.

Mr. Webster served as Chairman of DLJMB Global Energy Partners, a specialty group he developed for DLJ Merchant Banking which sourced, executed and managed DLJMB III’s energy related investments from 1999 through June 30, 2005 when he co-founded Avista Capital Partners. He is currently also Chairman of Basic Energy Services and serves as a Director of Appalachian Midstream Partners, Enduring Resources, Era Group, Hi-Crush Proppants, Laramie Energy, Laredo Energy, Oceaneering, Peregrine Oil & Gas, and Sidewinder Drilling.

Mr. Webster also sits on the Advisory Board of Purdue’s Krannert School of Management.

Roy T. Oliver

Mr. Oliver graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and currently serves as the Chairman and Principal Shareholder of Valliance Bank, N.A. He also serves as President of R.T. Oliver Investments, Inc., a diversified investment company with interests in energy, energy services, and real estate. Mr. Oliver's real estate portfolio consists of more than 2 million square feet of high rise office space.

In 1980 Mr. Oliver founded U.S. Rig & Equipment, Inc. and served as its President until August 2003, when the company was sold. Mr. Oliver was instrumental in the formation of and served on the board of Grey Wolf Drilling Co., from 1995 to 2003. Grey Wolf operated over 120 land drilling rigs. He also served as an Independent Director of SandRidge Energy, Inc., serving from July 13, 2006 to February 28, 2015.

He is a member emeritus of the University of Oklahoma Michael F. Price College of Business Board of Advisors.

F. Gardner Parker

With over 40 years of accounting experience, Mr. Parker was a partner at Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young LLP).

He currently holds Directorships at Sharps Compliance Corp. (where he was formerly Chairman of the Board), a medical waste management services provider and Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc., where he has served since 2000 and currently serves as Lead Independent Director. He is the Trust Director of Camden Property Trust and was a founding director for Camden and also served as the Lead Independent Trust Manager for 10 years.

Mr. Parker is Chairman of the Board of Edge Resources LTD (Energy capital fund) and Norton Ditto (Men’s clothing) and serves on the Board of Directors of First Tennessee Bank-Houston, Camp Longhorn, Gillman Automotive, Online Completions and Sherwood Nursing Home. He is also currently President of the Camp Longhorn Alumni Organization and Club Dinger and is a Rotary Club Paul Harris Fellow.
He previously served as President of the Houston Texas Exes, Touchdown Club of Houston, Longhorn Club, River Oaks Breakfast Club, and the University of Texas Accounting Advisory Council. He also served as Director for several public companies: Crown Resources Corp., USLD Communications Corp and Whitney Bank. Mr. Parker has been active in the energy sector, previously serving as Director for Blue Dolphin Energy Company (prior to reverse merger with Lazarus Energy, LLC.), Hercules Offshore, Inc., Triangle Petroleum Corporation and Pinnacle Oil & Gas.

He has also served as Director for private companies, NetNearU Corp., NII Communications Inc., MCS Technologies LLC. and Global Restaurant Systems LLC.

He is Board certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors (the "NACD") and is also a NACD Board Leadership Fellow. Mr. Parker is a Certified Public Accountant.

W. Brad James

Mr. James graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He has over 40 years’ experience in oil & gas drilling and currently serves as Founding President and CEO – Enterprise Offshore Drilling LLC.  Prior to working for Enterprise, Mr. James served as Senior Vice President - Marketing at Hercules Offshore and was responsible for managing worldwide marketing activity for Hercules Offshore drilling divisions.

Prior to that he held various leadership roles at Transocean Offshore Deepwater Drilling Company (including Cliffs Drilling and R&B Falcon) was founding President of Field Drilling Company and Vice President of Southland Drilling Company.

Mr. James currently serves on the IADC Executive Committee and was formerly Chairman of the Houston chapter of the IADC. He is also a member of the American Petroleum Institute and Society of Petroleum Engineers.

He is an Advisory Board Member of Dynamic Chemical Solutions and is a passionate Advisory Board Member of the Texas chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

David R. Hatcher

David Hatcher

Graduating from the University of Texas in 1978 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Accounting Degree, Mr. Hatcher's entire career has been focused on the energy sector. He held numerous operations, marketing and accounting positions at Zapata Offshore Company in Houston, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and New Zealand, during which time he became a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Hatcher went on from there to be Drilling Division Controller at Cliffs Drilling Company, Vice President of Venezuela Operations of Cliffs Drilling and Transocean, District Manager for West Africa at Transocean in Luanda, Angola, Manager of Latin America at TODCO then Hercules Offshore, then Vice President of International Operations at Hercules.

Mr. Hatcher was Executive Vice-President and CFO at Enterprise from it’s inception in 2017 and transitioned to the Board of Directors in 2023.
