W. Brad James
President and CEO
Mr. James graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He has over 40 years’ experience in oil & gas drilling and currently serves as Founding President and CEO – Enterprise Offshore Drilling LLC. Prior to working for Enterprise, Mr. James served as Senior Vice President - Marketing at Hercules Offshore and was responsible for managing worldwide marketing activity for Hercules Offshore drilling divisions.
Prior to that he held various leadership roles at Transocean Offshore Deepwater Drilling Company (including Cliffs Drilling and R&B Falcon) was founding President of Field Drilling Company and Vice President of Southland Drilling Company.
Mr. James currently serves on the IADC Executive Committee and was formerly Chairman of the Houston chapter of the IADC. He is also a member of the American Petroleum Institute and Society of Petroleum Engineers.
He is an Advisory Board Member of Dynamic Chemical Solutions and is a passionate Advisory Board Member of the Texas chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Shannon Guidry
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Guidry is responsible for the company’s daily operations. Mr. Guidry joined Enterprise Offshore in early 2017 after spending most of his career at Hercules Offshore, most recently as Vice President, Worldwide Drilling Operations.
Mr. Guidry’s extensive background began in 1993 and includes, Vice President of operations for the Western Hemisphere, General Manager of Operations, Resident Country Manager in Mexico, US Operations Manager, Drilling Superintendent, and has held various rig based management positions. His global operational experience includes the North Sea, West Africa, India, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Mexico, and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
Travis G. Fitts, Jr.
Senior Vice-President & CFO
Mr. Fitts joined Enterprise Offshore Drilling in 2021 as Vice-President of Human Resources and Information Technology and was promoted to Senior Vice-President and CFO in 2023.
Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Fitts was Senior Vice President HR / HSE for Independence Contract Drilling, Senior Vice President HR / HSE / IT for Sidewinder Drilling, Vice President HR / HSE for Scorpion Offshore, and he worked in leadership roles for Transocean in Human Resources, Marketing, Quality, and Health, Safety & Environment. Areas of responsibility included North and South America, North Sea, West Africa, Asia, India, and the Middle East. He began his career as an Engineer and spent several years in Operations.
Mr. Fitts attended the University of Alabama where he received a B.S. in Mineral Engineering and later earned an MBA from Rice University. Mr. Fitts currently serves on the Board of Southern Federal Credit Union as Vice-Chairman and is a former Chairman of the Petroleum Section of the National Safety Council.
Johnathan Roberts
Vice President of QHSE
Mr. Roberts brings more than 30 years of experience working in drilling rig operations, construction and quality assurance and has overseen multinational workforces on projects worldwide. His background includes senior leadership positions including International Operations Support Manager and Senior QHSE Manager at Hercules Offshore, Vice President of Operations with AEP USA, Gulf of Mexico Rig Manager for Hercules Offshore Company, Senior Project Manager at TODCO (The Offshore Drilling Company), Project Coordinator at Ensco International as well as various management positions domestic and international capacities within the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Roberts earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and Master of Science in International Business (MSIB) from Al Ghurair University in Dubai. He is also a Certified Black Belt with Lean Six Sigma.
